The Hat Bar

An on-site hat styling experience for weddings, welcome parties, private celebrations and brand events.

Guests explore a collection chosen for your event, try on their favorites and work with Paolo to finish a hat they can wear home. The hats are already shaped in a selection of styles, colors and sizes agreed ahead of time. Guests choose the style they want, then the live experience adds fitting, styling and the agreed decorative bands and details.

How the experience works

  1. We plan the collection. Tell us the date, venue, guest count, how many hats you want to offer, and the look you have in mind. We agree on shapes, colors, size mix and finishing options.
  2. The hats are reserved. The host purchases the approved selection in advance so the right hats and trims are ready for the event.
  3. Guests make them their own. At the Hat Bar, guests try on hats. Paolo advises on fit and style, then finishes each piece with the selected band and details.

Designed for your setting

The Hat Bar can be a welcome moment, part of a wedding reception, or a feature at a private or corporate event. We tailor the display and hat selection to the space and atmosphere. For larger groups or a short service window, we can plan additional staffing.

Planning details

  • Inventory: We agree on a specific quantity and size mix before ordering. Guest count and hat quantity do not need to be the same.
  • Finishes: Bands, ribbons, feathers and other available trims can be curated to your event. More involved personalization is quoted separately.
  • Venue: We confirm display space, load-in, access and lighting. Any heated tools depend on power and venue approval. Outdoor events need a weather plan.
  • Timing: Lead time, setup, service hours and staffing are proposed around the confirmed hat count and customization menu.

Pricing and booking

A shaped felt hat in your chosen style starts at $100. Decorative hatbands and finishing packages are additional. The on-site Hat Bar service, staffing, setup and travel are quoted for the event.

Each proposal combines the chosen hats and trims with the on-site service, staffing, setup and travel required. Send us the event date and location, guest count, estimated hat quantity, service window and any visual references. We will return a tailored proposal before hats are ordered.
