Returns and exchanges

All product sales are final. We do not accept routine returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size or color selected at checkout, or a change to your project after ordering. Many of our products are made, selected or prepared for individual orders.

If there is a problem with your order

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email madinbrooklyn75@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when relevant. We will discuss the issue with you and review the appropriate resolution case by case, taking the circumstances and the item's condition into account. For felt hat bodies (felts), we will also consider the condition of the felt when reviewing a concern. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Workshop bookings

Hat-making class bookings are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, contact us before the class about transferring your booking to another person.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
