A flat wooden brim block, also called a flange, designed for shaping men’s hats and for accurate work on the underside of the brim.

• Approximately 5-inch brim width
• Useful for ironing, sanding and finishing the underside of a hat brim
• Order one size larger than your intended finished hat size
• Carefully finished and protected for professional workshop use

Each block is made to order with our Italian artisan. Standard production time is approximately 4–5 weeks. Custom sizing, modifications and large-quantity orders may require additional time.
